I've had my panic attacks come back as well 😥 I've been seeing my psychologist every week and my psychiatrist is adjusting my medication so I'm very lucky to have that support. Is there anyone you can rely on? Have you thought of seeking professional help? I know how intimidating it is the first time but once you build a rapport it truly does get better. How have you been taking care of yourself in the meantime? I've been watching this comedy show that I put in the background while I do puzzles just to keep my mind occupied on anything other than my stressors.
