good and bad news!
hey everyone,
today is a mix of light-hearted and I need help.
first I will tell you the hard stuff so we can finish on a high note yeah?
Anyway I've been feeling upset but not for a particular reason and being feeling like things are falling apart and I have been having really good sleeps but super tired, I told my counsellor about it and she said it sounds like I am emotional tired and I thought that makes sense I guess so now what can I do to not be emotionally tired? Have you guys ever been emotional tired? let me know. Now for the light-hearted news, I feel like my panic attacks have gone down I haven't had one for 2 days and I know it is not long but it is an achievement for me! Thank you to all you had been there you were amazing 💜
