I am so sorry to hear what you went though, it must've been so hard but I'm glad you are doing better!
I'm a recovering anorexic and my metabolism still isn't the same or fast as it used to be before I was sick and I know that it will never really be like it was... It is just so frustrating! I suppose I'm doing what you did, your experiences after losing a lot of weight sound a lot like mine 😅
Anyways, I will of course take your advice! Thank you so much for sharing your experiences, it gives me faith that I will be able to build myself back up again!
