Hey Akinna,
So much of how you are feeling is what i have felt for years.

I myself have IBS/REFLUX/PTSD/SA and other new diagnosis due to my organs overworking (trying to put this in a nutshell)
My best advice is to love yourself because even though our bodies feel as though theyre against us... They will honestly be the only reason we ever feel love or happiness or anything great. Forgiveness is so hard when you feel like your own body is betraying you but i really promise it will get better!
Food will never sit well with me im always intolerant and not to a point where they can figure out to what, i throw up most days of the year, have the runs majority of the other time and now a prolapse. Medicated for PTSD and the list goes on - as it always does with healing and growing! but educate yourself on your mind! What truely feeds your soul.. keep it simple, focus on the things that are in your control and embrace what isnt!
A few great books that might help
- How to do the work and The body keeps the score.

Keep your head up.
When its down you're sure to miss something amazing
