Hi,
Gender dysphoria can be quite confusing. It would make sense that these
feelings of disconnect from your body tend to show up when for example:
You're not distracted, having a bad day or someone misgenders you. This is
perfectly normal!
The severity of dysphoria can definitely change throughout the day. As a
trans man my dysphoria generally increases at certain times such as
showering, using the bathroom or shopping for clothes.
