Hey @Genderthief , I completely understand your hesitation about asking for an in-person appointment at the GP and your parents potentially asking questions. Is there anything in particular you don't want your parents to worry about?

I sometimes struggle with not wanting my parents to know too much about my mental health too. Sometimes I feel like the more they know, the more they will worry and ask questions that make me upset or overwhelmed. Is that something you experience too? I hope you know that you're not a burden and that if you need support for what you're going through, you can ask for it - you don't have to shoulder all of this alone ❤️
