Hey @Ashleyyyyy17
Im so sorry to hear about whats been happening for you. I cant imagine how devastated you must be feeling. It must be pretty horrible. Its normal to feel very hurt, betrayed, unimportant and maybe like you cant trust them anymore.
Im wondering if youve been able to tell your parents or friends, or even confronted him about this? If you havent, what do you think you might want to say to them?
You mentioned feeling useless.. sometimes when we are really hurting we can start to have thoughts of suicide or self harm... is this something your thinking at the moment?
If you havent told anyone else about whats going on for you, know that some people feel alot more comfortable sharing something personal with someone they dont know. So maybe if would also be a good idea if you contacted a supportline like KidsHelpline to talk about whats happening for you. They are a great support and are completely free on 1800 551 800.
I also found this great article on how to deal with being cheated on. Maybe its worth checking out also.
