Hey @Kitsune thank you for sharing some of the things that helped you. I just wanted to jump in here and say well done on being 7 months self-harm free! I can only imagine how hard that has been for you so that is hugee!

You mentioned that sometimes you get the feeling of being low, what kind of things have you been doing to try and distract yourself from these feelings? I know you mentioned 'Faking it till you make it', but have you been able to find anything else that helps you?
