Thank you for sharing your experiences with us @Lee04 I apologise for not getting back to you any sooner! Having to manage restlessness and feeling super fidgety sounds like A LOT, especially on top of everything else but it sounds like you have some really great strategies in place!

What kind of fidget tools do you like? I have a fidget ring that I love, I find that it helps me when i'm feeling anxious. You also mentioned mindfullness routines, what kind of routine have you found the most helpful?
