Hey @fishyie I just had a quick read through your post and I just want to say that i'm sorry to hear that you're going through this right now. You should never feel silly for reaching out for support though! Your feelings are completely valid and you have every right to feel the way that you do.

 

I am really glad to hear that your friends got back to you though, it can be so frustrating and hurtful when someone reads your message but doesn't respond. Have you been able to find anything that helps distract you when you're waiting for a response?

 

Would you feel comfortable talking to your friends and sharing with them how it makes you feel? I know you've already got a couple of articles to read, but I also wanted to add this one on Tackling Difficult Conversations and wondered if it might give you a couple of ideas on how you can talk about it with your friend
