Hey @Mandu_05
I’m really sorry to hear that you are experiencing this, it is understandable how upsetting this must be for you especially as it is the last day of school.
Standing up for yourself can be very difficult and takes a lot of courage so you should be really proud of yourself. I’m sorry that your friends weren’t understanding and didn’t try to work this out with you. It is understandable how frustrating that must have been but it’s really great that you still remained calm and didn’t back down.
Whilst the end of school can be very difficult, it is important to remember that although this chapter is ending, another one is right around the corner! It is important that you have healthy friendships and surround yourself with the right people and you will continue to make these friendships after school. A lot of my closest friends have been from casual jobs outside of school and if you continue to study at tafe or university you may also form really great friendships.
It sounds like it has been a really challenging day for you, I was wondering if you had any supports or someone that you could talk to about this?
Is there something that you could do this afternoon to help take your mind of things? I know that you’ve previously mentioned that you enjoy playing Minecraft and listening to music, is this something you could do this afternoon that might make you feel better?
Also I want to congratulate you on finishing school! I’m sorry that today wasn’t a good day for you, but I hope you are still proud of yourself for everything you have achieved over the past 13 years.👏
Please remember that we are all here for you and that you aren’t alone!
