Hi @Courtney-RO 

I've been getting urges to self-harm but haven't acted on them.

 

Because I'm casual/relief my days of work always change. I've asked for more work but there is none avaiIable right now. I applied for a permanent position but it got rejected. 

 

I will chat to KHL tomorrow and look at those links.
