Good on you Annika for sharing this because youre so right, having bipolar does not at all mean someone is crazy. I think movies and films use this term flippantly and so when people dont really know what it means, they just remember what they saw in a movie.

Similarly, having depression or anxiety does not mean someone is crazy either.
