Hey @Anonymous I'm so sorry to hear that you've been feeling so overwhelmed lately, that sounds really horrible. I do want to say thank you for sharing so much with us, I can only imagine how hard and challenging it has been for you to manage all of these new changes. Do you mind me asking if you have you been able to share these feelings with anyone else, whether it be a close friend or family member or even a health professional?
There are lots of things that can contribute to changes in mood so it can be really hard to identify the cause without talking to a professional. If you are concerned about these changes though, it might be worth reaching out to your local GP and having a chat with them about what's been going on. Is that something you might feel comfortable doing?
I'm not sure if you are interested at all, but I did come across an article recently on Monitoring your mood which shared a lot of information on things that cause mood changes and some of the things you can try to help yourself feel better. Do you think it might help at all?
I also just want to remind you that you are doing such a good job at managing everything so far. You should be so proud of how far you've come.
