I screwed up

Hi everyone, I don't know what I was thinking but I decided to bind my chest with a binder that was too small for me (that I was trying to return).

After a few hours I found it very hard to breathe and even after taking it off it was hard to breathe and my ribs hurt.

I had a panic attack over this for 3 hours yesterday and today I keep having panic attacks over my pain in my ribs. My mum won't let me get checked out at the doctors. I don't know what to do.
