Being compared especially to your sibling really sucks because it makes us feel like we have to continually reach a standard that isn't possible. I used to get compared to a lot of people like my friends (who were objectively smarter than me) and it really messed with my self-esteem. It took time for me to realise as long as I didn't prioritise what other people thought of me then I didn't have to carry the burden of those expectations. It's not an easy fix and it does take some patience but I believe you can reach that point too. You are your own person with your own unique traits and you are loved by people for many different reasons. What you bring to this world can never be duplicated by anyone else and I think there is so much beauty in that. 💜
