I have booked in to visit my GP next week and Iwill be seeing her for various reasons. So I will chat with her about what I can do to get an assessment (which will therefore lead to a potential diagnosis.) I think that it is worth mentioning that I will be receiving counselling from a psychologist from a service called SONDER in the new year (which is the next step up from headsapce.)
