Hey @Maddycatcat1234567 and welcome to the online community 👋 It is so lovely to have you join us here!
Thank you for taking the time to share a little bit about your situation with us. It sounds like a lot to be going through right now, so I'm really glad that you reached out to us. I'm sorry to hear about your experience with bipolar and that you've had to manage all of these other chronic illnesses on top of it. That sounds like it would have been incredibly hard! In saying that, hearing that your doctors are thinking of taking you off your bipolar medication is huge and I think that is truly a testament to you and just how strong and brave you are.
Wanting your bipolar diagnosis to remain private is completely understandable though. It should be up to you who you feel comfortable sharing that with, so I'm sorry to hear that you're in this position. Have you been able to talk to this friend about this and how it is making you feel? No one deserves to be made to feel like this, especially not by their own friends.
It sounds like you've been through so much recently, and I can only imagine how hard it must have all been without the support of your friends. Do you mind me asking what other supports you have around you right now? Is there someone that you might feel comfortable talking to about this? If you ever need someone to talk to, it could be a good idea to reach out to a service like Kidshelpline who is available via phone or webchat.
I also just want to remind you that you still have us and we're all here to support you 💜
