Hey @Anonymous, I'm really glad to hear that you reached out to QLife and that they helped you feel better and more supported. It can be really hard to reach out for support when we're not feeling our best, so I'm really glad that you did. 

I also want to say a really huge Happy Birthday for yesterday!! 🎈🎁 I saw you mentioned going out for dinner and having a salmon dish and an espresso martini, that sounds amazing! You can't go wrong with a nice espresso martini. Did Benny give you lots of cuddles for your special day?
