I have about 17 tattoos on my body, so I can give you the most important advice about tattoos. Be careful, because once you get a tattoo, you probably can't stop doing it. Lol. Tattoos are like a drug, and I love every one of my tattoos. My first tattoo was Iranian Tattoos on my wrist. I have an anxiety disorder just like you, but tattoos calm me down. It doesn't hurt at all, and sometimes it even feels good. I hope you don't think I'm crazy, but I really enjoy the process of tattooing. I look forward to hearing about your tattoo.
