Hey @Akinna, I'm sorry to hear that last night was such a hard one. How are your muscles feeling today? Having to manage our mental health is hard enough on its own, but having to also manage your physical health AND waiting to see your psychiatrist on top of it all.. It's A LOT! No one should ever have to experience what you do, so i'm really sorry that you're in this position. Have you found journaling helpful when you're feeling like this?
It can be really hard when you can see that you're going backwards and build up the courage to share this, and they still don't listen. Especially when it comes to medication changes and self-harm. No one knows you better than you know yourself so I'm really sorry that you're still going through this. I also want to acknowledge just how much I admire you for sharing so much with your psychologist. How do you feel after letting them know how badly you were triggered last time? Do you think this might take some of the pressure of you during your next appointment?
It's great to hear that you had the day off today though and were able to catch up on some sleep. What did you get up to today?
