@Chloe-RO my psychiatrist appointments aren't that long if Mum was in for 10mins... Idk I think I still need to try without. I just take my list in and make sure I write notes before I leave. 😴

Yes thanks I've used some of the crisis online chats before at night. Thankfully I generally sleep pretty good, especially since I take melatonin 😴😴😴
