Hi, thank you for your words and the info. I guess I just realised how bad it's gotten after completing yet another cycle of eating issues and hating myself for it. 

As for my family, they wouldn't really know how to accept this. I feel that their anxiety for me would be too much pressure, especially since they may use force to try and get me to "get better". Outwardly, I don't "seem" like someone who would have such a problem, which has made it difficult to find support outside too. 

But thank you for the advice, I will be looking for ways to try and manage
