Hey @ruby_t that’s a lot for one person to be going through and I’m sorry things have been so tough but you definitely don’t have to go through it alone on top of that. I totally get wanting to run from such uncomfortable feelings. Breakups can be difficult to navigate let alone dealing with anxiety and depression. Is there a trusted person you feel you can talk about these emotions with? If you feel like you need to connect with someone but not sure who, services like Beyond Blue have free telephone and online counselling 24/7. Sometimes it’s okay to not know exactly what to do next so try not to put that pressure on yourself and the best thing you can do for yourself is engage in self-care even just for a few minutes at a time to give yourself some respite from the overwhelming feelings. Are there any activities you enjoy that make you feel good about yourself?
