Hey @Anonymous , 

I definitely understand how rough mood swings can be, especially when you never see them coming,
I asked a friend who also experiences mood swings for steps on how they coped with it and this is what they said:

 

"I would recommend getting a strong mood-lifting odour. Lavender and jasmine fragrances work for me but everyone has their preferences. I also doodle little sketches or sing out to music just to ignore/express all the emotions, you know? Also, exercise helps, I prefer gym workouts but a walk in the park works as well."

 

I hope these help! You also mentioned feeling alone. I understand that must be difficult, especially with everything going on right now. Just know that I am here if you needed someone to talk to. 😄
