Hi @Almond_Sea,


I like to write a list of the positive things in my life/the things I enjoy. This means that when I can't think properly I don't need to as I have something I can refer to easily. I also like to look at pitcures or read messages that remind me of positive memories. It helps me to remeber that there is more than right now even if it don't necessarily make me feel better.
