Hi @Erin_RO ! I think the biggest takeaway lesson from career counselling was that there is always a way to get to your goals, even if the path deviates from the path you originally thought you would follow. This is something that has had a huge impact on my confidence and love to tell others experiencing struggles with their finance and career.

For more practical takeaways however, I'd say it's the most important to bolster your achievements from your previous roles no matter how small, highlight your ability to work both autonomously and as a team, and show off your organisational skills by giving examples of how you juggled multiple tasks effectively in your CVs! These are skills that are always cherished across all roles and recruiters love to hear about those things from their potential workers. For interviews, practice is key! There's numerous resources accessible online, such as youtube videos and guides on Indeed and Seek that you can always check out for potential questions and answers for roles you are interested in.

Best of luck to everyone!
