Hey there, I just wanted you to know that I'm on the same boat....
It's a horrible time with bloating, weakness and a lot more......but the most important thing is to take care of yourself.
Be hydrated, get checked with a doctor if you feel unwell or weak because you loose a lot of blood. Some people have to be on iron supplements due to their periods.
Eat well and healthy foods to keep you nourished and rest well.
