Hi @winterr002 , I can really relate to how you're feeling. The last time I did an oral presentation at uni I felt the exact same way and it was not a good feeling so remember you're not alone! Anxiety is not only a mental condition, it can also affect you physically in many ways so it's also important to practice self-care. Do you think you would consider seeing a professional? It definitely wouldn't hurt to seek support if you feel that it is affecting you, they can benefit you and give you some tips for the future
