Hi @Anonymous

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing a lot of anger over little things and that this has started to affect your life, especially at school. It's normal to feel angry at little things sometimes and have days where nothing seems to be going right, but it sounds like these feelings are bothering you constantly. I know that there are some Reach Out articles about coping with anger that you might want to have a look at. I know you said that you get mad over your laptop and teacher sometimes. Are there other things going on in your life right now that seem to be triggering your anger or is it mostly random?

Anger is a really hard emotion to control but if you feel that it is getting overwhelming, it might help to speak to someone about it. Do you have a school counselor or someone you could chat to about your anger? How would you feel about chatting to a professional?
