Hi @Anonymous , sorry to hear that you have been feeling angry and frustrated lately. Personally, I tend to find when I have underlying stress I am more likely to have a short fuse over minor inconveniences. It sounds cliche but are you ensuring that you are eating/sleeping enough? Oftentimes, when we are not meeting our own physical needs then this can stem into affecting our mental health. 

 

If you feel like these are not the reasons then maybe it wouldn't hurt to chat to a professional as @dewgong suggested. I also find for me, doing high-intensity exercise/workouts like boxing or running can really help let out that frustrated energy and release some endorphins! 

 

I hope you can find something that works for you, and try not to be hard on yourself when you feel certain emotions - it is great that you have the self-awareness to recognise how you've been feeling as a start!
