Thank you, I will take a look at those resources you linked. No, I haven't spoken to a GP about it because my family (parents) doesn't take it seriously, so I haven't had a way to even get in contact with them about it. I have been able to get in contact with a counsellor at my school though since you can book appointments without parental permission, so I will be meeting up with them in a couple weeks to talk about it.
