Actually I do own some heat pads at home which I normally use for whenever I have lower back pains for my period so I can start using those. I don't know why I didn't think of that earlier, but I really appreciate you bringing it up because now I just remembered that I need to start using those heat pads before I go to sleep. Thanks for the heads up haha! 😅
