Hey @Clover_367

No worries at all! That's what we are all here for.💜

I'm sorry to hear that, it must have been a very big week for you so it is very understandable that you are feeling this way now. It's really good to hear how helpful it was for you to write out your first post, journaling can be really helpful for us to just get all of our feelings out and can help us process with how we are feeling. I think it sounds like a lovely idea to try and capture these feelings in some way - and whether that be through journaling, using the forums or even a creative way through art.

It's so nice to hear that you have such a great support system around you between your friends and family and it's really great that you have been able to take steps to reach out to them. I know you mentioned that you have asked your work about their EAP which is really good to hear, do you know how long it will be before you can connect with someone?

If you are ever wanting some more support in the meantime, you can also connect with our peer chat service or you can connect with a counsellor from Kids Helpline. They provide free support to people aged up to 25 and you can book regular sessions with the same counsellor, so if you are wanting some more support they are also an option you could explore.

Your hobbies....... Wow!! That is seriously impressive and very unique. How did you get into those hobbies? How long have you been involved with the local circus community? I am always so blown away by how talented their performances are, it takes a real skill and it must be so fun being part of. What kind of art do you like to do? It sounds like you are very talented and creative. (Sorry for the overload of questions - It's just super interesting to hear 😂)

I'm glad to hear that you are making an effort to be kind to yourself. I also wanted to share this article with you which I thought of when you mentioned journaling. It has some tips for coping with the hard stuff (which includes journaling) but a few more that you may also find helpful.

Take care of yourself and remember that we are all here for you!
