Definitely! I always remind myself that it's okay to have such thoughts and feelings or be in a negative mind frame, sad etc. So I give myself time to accept how I'm feeling, sit with it for a short time and then move on. By moving on Im referring to the whole 'it is what it is' perception and do some exercise and gratitude as that's what helps me boost my mood again.
