It sounds like you are doing what you can to get the support you are looking for. It must be so difficult to sit alone and not have a trusted adult/person you can speak to.
I read that you don't know if you want your parents to know. I'm curious to know where the hesitation is. Moving forward, if you change your mind, this article about talking to parents about mental health might be helpful for you. I'm wondering if them not knowing is the reason they 'just tell [you] to eat'.
