This is a great reflective exercise and can remind us how far we have come in life!
If I could speak to teenager me, I would tell myself that love will come when you're ready for it. Don't search for it because you will only achieve disappointment. Focus on yourself and better your mental health and love will find you once you've made peace with yourself.
I'd also tell myself to work hard instead of prioritising a social life, and that it's okay to not have everything figured out. The universe works in its own way and you will be where you're supposed to be. It might take longer than expected but that is okay, you will work it out, there is always a way.
