Such a good topic. I've been thinking about my past self a lot recently. I'd probably say:

"I believe you. You’re not weak for struggling and you’re not a failure for the rate of your progress. You’re doing a good job and I’m proud of you. It will become easier, and you will forgive yourself. I know you’re not going to believe me and that’s okay. Keep going. I don't know if it's worth it but regardless, the future is so much better."
