Hi @AcidMonster55

I'm sorry to hear that you're feeling depressed and demotivated. Have you considered doing some self-care to reduce your feelings of depression and perhaps motivate yourself? 

 

When I'm feeling depressed and unmotivated, I push myself to go for a walk or to the gym to boost my energy and mood, which encourages me to complete what I need to do. Would this work for you? Also, to increase motivation you could try and set a goal of how much study you want/need to complete (i.e. 3 pages or 400 words) and give yourself a small reward for achieving that. A small reward can be anything that you think you'd desire most that is accessible, for example, a piece of chocolate or a new book etc.
