Hi @Love_and_Light thanks for checking in 🙂 I'm so glad I told my boss about my ADHD and Autism so I can stop trying to fake being the perfect employee and just be me. I feel sad I never shared this at my previous workplaces and never received any accommodations. things could have been different. but from now on I will keep advocating for myself at work.

working is still pretty hard because I find it super draining and then I have a hard time with my self care. but overall I feel lucky to work at a kind and inclusive workplace.
