This is amazing and food can really make some memories.
One of the most interesting foods I've had is creme brûlée, one of my siblings is a chef and we ate at the restaurant where they worked at the time (very fancy as well), and ever since I have loved it. Still can't get them to make it for me but one day hopefully.
Another food was a Bischoff croffle I had Melbourne at Operator 25, I was so excited when I had it and I am a sucker for anything sweet.
