You should really be acknowledged for all the effort you are putting in in reaching out. It can certainly be daunting. It takes a lot of strength and courage to start sharing what's happening for you - but you know what? You've taken the first step!

Something else that may have helped is using a space like this to start 'unloading'. By beginning this process in a safe space, it can give you the courage to step out and take it that one-step further - no to mention the incredible advice and support you have been receiving from others here. 

Well done on taking the first step - often the hardest 🙂
