Thank you for replying Acid! 


I really love your ideas, scheduling my day into intervals will definitely get me more motivated to finish tasks - I'm someone who loves writing lists and feels so much satisfaction with ticking them off. 

I have also begun trying to write down my thoughts and possible anxieties to see if it helps, and I'm gradually feeling better about having it all out on a page - thank you for that suggestion. 


Totally agree with giving myself sometime to unwind at night time - I'm a serial procrastinator so I'm hoping to work on maximising my day to ensure I have time for rest and relaxation at night.
