Hey @iluvu I'm so glad you feel understood 😊 I'm sorry to hear that you've been feeling this way for so long and I'm happy to see you come here for support, and that you've spoken to a school counsellor. It sounds like they have been a great support for you in talking to your parents. I also hear that you have recovered from a cyberbullying incident recently, and I'm glad that you're looking after yourself online now. How did you find managing that situation in the moment? Are there any skills or strategies you developed that you could bring into how you're currently feeling?
You mentioned that you feel like you need more support from adults. This is totally understandable and I'm glad to hear that you're really open to talking to someone about how you've been feeling. Have you been able to talk to your school counsellor again? I also wonder if there are some ways you could prepare for being able to talk to someone to help you to look forward to seeing a psychologist. Maybe you could write down some of the things you've been feeling and would like to talk about, like you have here? In the meantime, Natalie mentioned Kids Helpline, which is a free and confidential counselling service which might help out if you need someone to talk to as well.
It also makes sense that you want to deal with your anxiety and numbness in the moment. We have an article on managing anxiety here which might be of interest to you. There are also a lot of apps available which can focus on breathing, meditation or anything you're looking for. A good meditation app might be Smiling Mind, if you're interested in brief meditations 😊 Looking forward to hearing your thoughts!
