Thanks for being brave and reaching out! Break ups are never easy, especially when its your first relationship. Nine months is a really long time, and I can imaging all of the wonderful memories you have shared with this person.
This person has obviously meant a lot to you, and it would feel awful to feel like you have no one around you anymore. It's really important to remember that your health is so vital during this time, and focusing on yourself and how you feel is the best thing you could do. You could perhaps try out some methods of self care, like journaling, drawing, reading, walking or listening to music to help you through this time. It could also be really beneficial if you felt comfortable enough to speak to someone who you trust so you can express all that you're feeling, and have someone to support you through this.
