Not sure if you're into romance but in a short summary, it's about a girl who recently finished college and she's ready to start her life after college, she goes through a lot of different hurdles related to relationships, friends and her life.  

Ooh I've heard of the silent patient and have been debating whether or not to read it. What's that about?
