I'm sorry you are going through such heartbreak, it is truly one of the most difficult things emotionally to become separated from your first relationship, and must be so lonely to struggle so much, especially with the next life chapters such as finishing school and going into uni.
It's the beginning of the healing process and even though it is difficult you did mention there are some days between feeling better and then going through the heartbreak again. Do you know what is happening during the moments when you are starting to feel better?
I also hear you say how daunting it seems at this moment to go ahead into 2024, have you been able to make some plans for the year while you have a years break to uni?
