Hi @thismustbethevoid , welcome to the forums and thank you for opening up about your experience with us. I'm really sorry to hear what happened to you yesterday. It must be quite scary and confusing to experience a breakdown before a big event and not know exactly what caused it. To add to that it looks like music is important to you which could make it even more scary. Has anything happened prior to the Christmas concert that was stressful for you?

I'm glad to hear that you have a stable relationship with your friends and family and that you are secure in waiting for the right person in terms of relationships. It's also extremely brave of you to open up about your experience with your sexuality. Has anything surrounding your sexuality come up for you recently that you're worried about? It can feel isolating sometimes to not have someone to talk to about your sexuality. I'm wondering if you have thought about sharing this with someone you trust in your life? We also have some articles that can provide more information on understanding sexuality and getting support for any anxious thoughts surrounding sexuality.

The end of the school term can also be a stressful time even if it's the start of the holidays.
