I’m sorry to hear today has been more difficult, and that you're feeling so empty and unsure of things. It can be really hard trying to figure out who we are and what to do when we lose someone who was such a big part of our lives. I think, while this is a really painful and distressing time, losing someone important can also be an opportunity to learn and reflect, and possibly even grow within ourselves.
I wonder if you have any thoughts on what would be most helpful right now? Whether it be some distraction, self-care, connecting with others, or something else?
I was also just wanting to acknowledge your strength in getting through today, even though it sounds like it was a particularly tough and disorienting one. You’re not alone redmars, the community is here for you
