It is great to hear from you!
It is also really good to hear that you have been feeling better lately. It sounds like that spray you have been using has been helpful. I know you mentioned that you think you may have had low magnesium levels and was wondering if you’ve spoken to your GP about this? Or if this is something you would consider?
I was also curious about whether anything else has changed recently that may also be making you feel better that you can think of?
I know that you also mentioned that you have an appointment booked with a new counsellor next year, and you are worried that you may not need to still see her by then. I think it is very understandable that you are worried about this, but still think it might be really helpful to still speak to her about what you have been experiencing this year even if you are feeling better. Your counsellor may also be able to help you to create some positive strategies and work through things with you so that even if you may not need them in the moment, you will have them if you ever need in the future. Do you think this might be helpful?
